Conversion Statement

Sva plaćanja će biti obavljena u dinarima (RSD). Ukoliko kupac koristi platnu karticu izdatu od strane banke čije sedište nije u Republici Srbiji, iznos transakcije će biti izražen u lokalnoj valuti kupca kroz konverziju u istu po kursu koji koriste kartičarske organizacije, a koji nije poznat u trenutku transakcije. Kao rezultat ove konverzije postoji mogućnost neznatne razlike u odnosu na cenu navedenu na internet prodajnom mestu.

Payment Methods and Payment Process

You can pay on the website using credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex, and DinaCard), or by cash on delivery upon receiving the order.
Kartična plaćanja se realizuju putem HolestPay Payment Gateway sistema, u saradnji sa Banca Intesa. Nakon unosa podataka o kartici, transakcija se automatski prosleđuje banci na autorizaciju. Ako je plaćanje uspešno, korisnik dobija potvrdu na ekranu i putem e-maila, a porudžbina se odmah obrađuje.

Payment by card is made exclusively in Serbian dinars (RSD). The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in dinars. If your card is linked to a foreign currency account, the transaction amount will be converted into your account currency according to your bank’s exchange rate. Before making a payment, please check the terms and conditions applied by the bank that issued your card.

Currency conversion statement

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). If paid by a payment card issued by a foreign bank, the amount of the transaction will be converted into the local currency of the cardholder according to the exchange rate of the card association.

Card tokenization (card-on-file storage)

The customer may choose to save their card details for future purchases. Card details are stored with a PCI DSS certified payment service provider, and the merchant does not have access to this data. The customer can delete saved cards at any time through their user account.

Delivery and Possible Restrictions

Order delivery for Studio Shawarma is carried out by a partner courier service with which we have a cooperation agreement.

Delivery is available exclusively within the territory of the city of Novi Sad.

Studio Shawarma is not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including the actions of third parties (courier services), weather conditions, or traffic obstacles.

Payment Security and Data Protection

Plaćanje karticama se obavlja putem HolestPay sistema koji koristi sigurnosne protokole i SSL enkripciju.
All payment card data is processed exclusively on the bank's secure servers, in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
The merchant does not have access to sensitive payment card data, and such data is not stored on our server.

Complaints and Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with the delivered order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt via email at info@studioshawarma.com or by calling 021 3028 363.
When submitting a complaint, please provide the order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, attach a photo.

Studio Shawarma will review every complaint and contact the customer as soon as possible to resolve the situation.

In the event of returning goods and refunding a customer who has previously paid by any payment card, whether partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, Studio Shawarma is obligated to process the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods. This means that the bank will, at the seller's request, execute the refund to the cardholder’s account.

We collect only the essential basic data about customers and users, as well as data necessary for business operations and informing users, in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service.

All user data is strictly protected and accessible only to employees who need this information to perform their job duties. All employees of Studio Shawarma DOO (and business partners) are responsible for adhering to privacy protection principles.

Confidential Transaction Data Protection

When entering payment card information, confidential data is transmitted over the public network in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, currently the most advanced cryptographic technology.
Data security during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, meaning the entire payment process is conducted on the bank’s website.
At no point are payment card details accessible to our system.

All user data is strictly protected and accessible only to employees who require this information to perform their job duties. All employees of Studio Shawarma DOO (and business partners) are responsible for complying with privacy protection principles.
